The up to 7-member commission was established to deliver more efficient and effective County services to the citizens of Cabarrus County by reviewing financial, construction, and operational practices, and to report its findings and recommendations to the Cabarrus County Board of Commissioners for review and action.

On the website, visitors can also find information about the group, photos, links to other budget materials, and more. Visitors are encouraged to participate via the “Ask a Question” section or to submit ideas for future discussion topics (please note that site registration is required to submit).
